I spent the last day or so playing around with another "lite" CMS. This one is called WonderCMS and it's pretty freaking slick and insanely tiny. Only 10k. Seriouslly. 10k.
This thing is seriouslly stripped down but I think functionally wise it probabbly has a few more features than the last CMS I reviewed. One of the ways they made it so small was to strip out the administration section. If you want to make a change to a page it uses an edit in place function. I think it's probably easier to use than TinyCMS with the exception that there isn't a wysiwyg editor.
I will say this, it's much easier to theme. So much so that I dusted off my theming skills and was able to put together a couple of skeleton schemes in just a couple of hours. It's been over 4 years since I've touched a layout. Much less built one from scratch. I suspect that the community behind this cms is also small. So even though I know the 2 column fluid width theme with a header and footer I threw together tonight isn't anything I special I'm going to post it in their forums.

I'm really glad you found it useful and even got around to make a theme for it.
Hope to make this an even more awesome CMS with a WYSIWYG.
Thanks for the awesome review!
